Hello everyone!

I was told if 2 montiporas touch they will be fine, but I looked in my tank this morning and my red montipora is fighting my green montipora and the green is loosing. How can I stop them from fighting?!

there is dead skeleton around the touch on the green montipora. Thanks everyone!

Cut them up, they end up growing over each other or sometimes graft together.

Oh that's not true I'm afraid.

Pretty much your two options. Move one or frag them when they get close to another.

Do you guys think the best thing I should do is find a new spot and take off the green monti?
It's your choice really; move or frag them to make some space between them.

I have a Sunset and a Superman monti next two each other :first:Sunset monti Won

Sunset wins against most anything. I've seen it encrust right up and over acros before.

WAW ok I guess I should just move the green monti and find him a new rock, I saw a magnetic rock it's called the frag mag, it's a rock that is flat on the side of the glass, do you think the monti would be ok being vertical against the glass?
