I've been trying to go cheap over the last couple of years, and honestly, it's been more expensive. So, I want to get this right this time. I currently have a Maxspect Gyre that I believe is a little too strong for my mixed 90 gallon reef. It's also forcing most of my corals to flow in one direction and I think they are hating it. They're deflated and just look unhappy. I have tried adding other pumps, but then the flow just gets very messy and too strong. It's been a bit of a flow nightmare over here.

I do also have two pretty weak Jebao pumps that I could add alongside the Nero's, but that's just cable chaos. Would 2 Nero 5's be enough for my 90 gallon mixed reef that is LPS dominant? To try to paint a picture, no rocks touch any sides of the glass. The rock work is only in the center, kind of like a bridge across the tank. There is open sand bed in the back, front and sides. I have a hammer coral garden on the left with neighboring zoas and torches. A goniapora, duncan, and a frogspawn are on the right, alongside with some easy SPS corals like digitata and birdsnest and a few others. There is blaso's in the middle and few acans and the like scattered around the rock work.
