2 predator qt question

Hi everyone just a quick question about quarantining and sorry if this is the wrong forum, I have a 20long that's setup as a permanent qt and it currently houses my brothers blue spot puffer for the last 3ish weeks and will be moving to his newly cycled 120g when its ready, but im going to be setting up a tank with dwarf lions my question is basically will I need to wait or can I qt these two together safely? thanks in advanced.

I only qt fish together when I get them from the same source at the same time.

Thank you both for the good advice, will definitely wait until my brother can take his puffer. Had a feeling the puffer might be nippy.
