2 yrs Old Now...

I had to downsize considerably a couple of years ago to a cheap 75g tank. It’s now 2 years old and just started rebuilding my coral.

I run a dirty reef aquarium (macro in DT) with Calurpa and Florida live rock. 2 Radion XR15 Blues. In the new basement sump I’m running my Maxspect Jump skimmer and just a canister filter for UV and carbon until I get my reactors set back up.

I’m also running a small Ozone generator going to the skimmer using air pumped in from outside going through a CO2 scrubber. I was having a lot of trouble getting my PH back up when I moved to a sump in the basement. Please don’t look at the Apex messy nest on the table there. I’ll get to it “someday” :)

Thank you. Nothing like my old tanks, but I’m just really getting going again.

I'm jealous as I'm yet to add some real reef rock yet. I'll be doing my next tank with it though for sure.

I run a vDSB due to the fact that I love Jawfish... while it’s a real PITA, the jawfish love it. Hard to believe, but I have a bunch of shelf rocks now buried under the sand. You can also see where my 3 jawfish decided to move all the sand to one side (I did not set it up that way)...
