With BRS buying out Neptune Apex, do you foresee them CHARGING a monthly subscription fee to access Apex info and make control changes thru the Apex App?

This has been a conspiracy theory for several years. I don't see this happening.

For the record, BRS didn't buy Neptune. An investor group that owns (or at least partially owns) BRS bought Neptune, along with EcoTech. They're all under the same financial umbrella, but BRS does not own the others.

Subscription models seem to be the new thing for data providing companies but I feel they’re in for a rude awakening. Most of the data isn’t worth what’s being charged and there is generally a competitor providing the same data for free. I don’t see Neptune going for a subscription model. Just doesn’t make sense in this case
