DIY 20g long Tetra/Perfecto sump.

Tank was purchased at Petco during the dollar-a-gallon sale - 20 gallon long about $25.
Glass baffles purchased from Huntsville Glass - 3 @ 8 1/2'' X 11 5/8'' for under $17 - could have been a hair tighter.
Silicone was purchased from the Aquarium Shop in Huntsville(All Glass aquarium brand) for about $20 - save $15 and use GE 1.
Foam filter block between skimmer section and fuge section(12'' x 4'' x 2'') - $8
45 min. to build.

Layout: Skimmer | Fuge | Return but can also work as Skimmer | Return | fuge with a T in the return line.

Cost to build = $ 55 - $70 depending on silicone brand used.

(The tank is turned around in the pics so the layout is Return|Fuge|Skimmer)
