20L Reef Build

I've been in and out of aquariums for about 6 years now and I've dabbled in just about everything freshwater and done a lot of research on saltwater so I think im ready to dive into it.
I wanna do a 20L reef tank, this is what I'm thinking equipment wise atm
AquaClear 70
Jebao RW-4
Lighting I need help with
Hydor 100 watt heater

I plan on having 30ishlbs of live rock and 20 of sand, and I want to have a lot of soft corals in the tank.

what would a good light be for around $150? i plan on sticking mainly to softies and maybe a few lps
