My cabinet for my 210 peninsula finally came in this morning. Build is off to a bad start. 2 broken doors. Have to make a concealed damage claim Monday. Its going to be a semi-aggressive tank. Really excited!

You may want to question the integrity of the rest of the cabinet especially with a 210. Don't know how the doors broke, but just sayin....

Ok! Got the tank and stand put together. Got a 75g sump underneath. Semi-agressive fish only for now. Still need to finish plumbing. Using a feeflo dart gold hybrid pump. Also trying the beanimal overflow. I'll post pics as it moves along. Waiting for a 1.5" manifold for my return plumbing. And I ordered a new ro/di because my old one only did 35 gpd. Those should be in tomorrow.

Yay! It's up!! Have some fine tuning to do. I did the beananimal overflow but it is really noisy. So I have a few things to figure out. Also some microbubbles. Busy weekend. I'm also changing the return. I don't like it.

Finally got everything running right. Only question is- Should the overflow box have teeth? This is the ONLY noise I am getting on this setup. Was thinking that if it was smooth it may be a lot quieter.

Yes, if possible the overflow should have teeth IMO. Not absolutely necessary but I think they work better with them. What kind of drain do you have in the overflow box? Durso, Herbie, Bean animal?

IIs it going to be a reef or FOWLR?

When to mix up fish meal: When was the last time you tried a different brand of food for your reef?
