Welp. I am back from my Europe trip. I had some issues with the tank...

Ordered salt before I left from Amazon and it never showed the two weeks I was gone. Tank took quite a hit as water changes couldn't be performed. I lost some tissue on my hawkins. It's not all that bad tho. I went to the lfs and bought some more salt while I haven't resolved my issue with Amazon. Will do a water change and hopefully that will get me by for a few days.

Unfortunately, I have to travel to Florida for work next week.

looks good Dan :)

what part florida did you go to?
Hit any LFS

I was in Fernandina Beach to work on WestRock pulp and paper boiler. Didnt get a chance to visit and LFS as I worked most the time. I did however get to put my feet in the ocean before I left. Was nice.

Man that's some serious growth, did you give me a piece of that? The PE is ridiculous. I'm going on my third week out of town, hope my tank looks as good as yours when I get back.

This is what I was talking about...these coral are in little to no flow near the bottom of the tank with great PE. The same colonies are in different part where the flow is higher and the PE isn't as good. I however have had some issues with my some coral. Lost some tissue on my Hawkins, but I think it will recover. I dont have any trips scheduled anytime soon, so I hope to get back to a routine and get my tank back on track with better husbandry.

Was going through some pictures and had come across my old 55 Gallon w/ 20 Gal Refugium. It ran from 9/2/10 thru 2/8/14 when I upgraded to my 220 Gallon w/ 110 Gal Refugium on 1/6/14. I also had a 10 Gal experiment tank that I tried a mantis shrimp, seahorses, frag tank, and some other experiments with dosing ect. Really miss that setup.

Dan,

What an amazing looking reef! How are you liking the Hydra's I have 2 over my 75g and I am still trying to dial in on the right settings. My tank is mostly SPS, with a few LPS for my g/f and her daughters.
