First test at 24 hours from set up of the rock cycle.

Added Red Sea Coral Pro salt, Fritz Turbo Start 900 bacteria, and a large pinch of fish food.
Salinity: 1.025 ppm
Temp: 75.5 F

Do these tests look like what I should expect to be seeing 24 hours in? (Photo of the test kit results wouldn’t post for some reason.)

Nitrates: >20
Nitrites: .01-.02 (?)
Amonia: >2
pH: ~8.2
KH: ~8 (?)

Which parameters should I keep my eye on during these next few weeks? Should I ignore any until the in tank cycle begins?

Also, reading alk using the Red Sea test kit could be more clear. Do I begin counting the drops at the first inkling of blue or when it appears the blue water matches the shade of blue on the reference card?
