Finally moving up from my 55 gallon to a 240. Everything will get moved into the 240 when cycle is complete. I’ll be building a 40 breader for a sump next week and have chaeto, carbon and GFO reactors, as well as my skimmer in it.
The part I’m lost on is live sand. Now I have Bahama olite sand and I hate it as it blows all over. I plan on having a lot of SPS in the future so high flow will be needed but I need sand that will be ok for my diamond gobie as well. What’s your thoughts on :

1 Fiji pink
2 Caribbean Sea special select
And how deep should I have my sandbed?

I’ve watched that one and that’s why I’m having a hard time picking which one to go with. Will the select be ok for my gobie as they don’t mention it either way for that one. They say it will be ok with the Fiji it the select has less chance blowing around.
Thank you for the reply tho. I love the BRS tv lol

I would go with the Special Grade if youre doing any sand sifters. Also can add small amount Florida crushed coral to the bottom.
