Affirm will do that... if you go to their site and say you want to pay PA.com they will give you a credit card number to use to pay. I've used it before on ebay and Mercari. Paypal buyer credit could be an option too if PA takes it.

add the affirm extension to chrome. When you get to checkout just click the affirm extension and they give you a one time use credit card number to use.
