Hi.
Plywood tank 190g and sump made from scrap glass from old aquarium.
250g system.
I am a carpenter from Norway, startet this build last year. The tank is located in the garage, so aesthetics is not 1. Priority.
The rock is also diy. Working on some back panel now.

Here is the sump. It can hold 90g, about 40g of water in it.
Playing around with a algae scrubber on the drain. The sheet is against the backwall, there i have a refugium light on the outside, not in the picture. Just swap the pipe if im not happy. 6 days operating.

The scrubber was probably to effective.
My nutrients have bottomed out. So i have removed it. Also reduced photoperiod in refugium. Hope to see some color on my nitrate test soon. Also feeding more.

What did you use to seal the plywood? And for your overflow box, did you install some type of weir teeth?

Hi. I have used a 2 part epoxy paint, from a Company in Norway. For teeth in the overflow box, i used this product for houses. It keeps birds from entering the roof in houses.
