250w ballast and new lights

I am thinking about going a different route. Gauging interest. I have for sale a sunlight supply dual ballast. Pulse start, 2 se hamilton 14k bulbs. Brand new at that. Have receipts. I paid 65.00 a bulb. Asking 170.00.
