2x4 light rack, will this work?

Putting together various ideas for suspending lights. This is to scale. OR3 bars on the outside, halides in the middle. Lights mounted on a simple 2x4 frame with 4 stainless aircraft cable to suspend it from ceiling studs.

Will this work? The weight of the 4 lights isn't that much. Looking online, it looks like the lights themselves might total 31-32 pounds. Plus the weight of the 2x4s.

Yeah, with the central bar of the H raised 6 inches possibly to get the halides up a bit since the reflector is 9.5" tall.

Wood screws to attach that to the 6 inches riser 2x4s. Wood screws to attach that then to the cross beams. Or I could go with lag bolts if that's necessary.
