3 gallon pico

I have a 3 gallon pico tank that has been setup for about 4 months. I just did a water change on it and I've noticed that there is some hair algae but also some red slime algae which needs to be dealt with. However, I have a whole bunch of small bubbles throughout the tank. I was wondering what could have caused it? I have e attached pictures for reference. Thanks in advance.

The bubbles are there very few in the morning when the lights first come on and none at night?

I imagine the algae is “pearling” or producing oxygen as it photosynthesizes. Could be wrong but that’s my guess.

There bubbles in the morning and throughout the day. Im not in the office at night to see if they go away, however since I initially posted my thread, I have watched a piece of the substrate peel off and begin to float upwards towards the water surface.

Like polyp rocket said I believe it's "pearling" oxygen being released from photosynthetic organisms. However algae, dinoflagellates, cyanobacteria they can all be photosynthetic and it's hard to narrow down what you're dealing with without a microscope. Most of it looks like hair algae pearling but it looks like there's some cyano on some of your sand and rock. Do you test nitrates phosphate etc?
