so I was thinking (I know a rare and dangerous thing) I have a 3 stage ro unit I don't need and I been wanting to get a gfo and carbon reactor if I get some Refillable Bio pellet Cartridge from brs can I just turn the ro unit in too a reactor? and what could I run in the 3rd chamber? all I should need to do is take out the ro membrane right and attach small pump to push water thru it like a brs 2 stage reactor should it work?

You would eliminate the RO membrane housing and flow restrictor completely and use just the two vertical canisters for GFO and carbon. To do it even better you would install a tee or wye with individual ball valves so you can control each canister independently of the other since carbon and GF ohave both different flow requirements and different useful lives.
Take a look at the Spectrapure dual reactor for the plumbing arrangement since it comes with this configuration.
