Anyone here have a recent order through 302 Aquatics getting the runaround? Ordered a sump, ATO and scrubber in September and still being told it’s lost in shipping.

When I ordered my sump he had to have money upfront before he would order materials, so I sent money order over night. I was told he would get started on it asap, finally received 2 months later after many phone calls, decent product but customer service sucks Thanks Kevin

We have a group on facebook. Some of us are waiting since September for equipment. Guy has disappeared. Website and Facebook page are completely gone

Check out our facebook page regarding many people getting screwed by joey olive, DBA 302 aquatics. Ive been waiting since November 2nd, no equipment. Make sure you file your claims asap with paypal and financial institution. He has deleted all his business pages.

I'm on that one too. I have initiated a claim through paypal and am assuming it will be denied bc it was a custom sump. Whoever is running the messenger account told me to just get a refund through paypal but I don't think its that easy. Used my checking account rather then credit card to pay for it through paypal.

Okay you’re in great shape then. Go to your financial institution and have them issue a chargeback. It will go right through.

That guy's a scammer big time ! I just filed my claim also...

Yup they have a 60+ page packet on my experience with this guy. Pretty much case closed argument lol

So the bank will refund my money to my checking account? So don't need to wait for paypal to process claim?

That’s correct. I paid a portion of my order from my checking and got the money back the next day. Still waiting on my credit card to go through

I would suggest having both claims going at once.

Waiting for acrylic (really)
In glue shipping on Monday
Oops, my men chipped the base during packing
Waiting for acrylic (again) to replace base

I'm glad I looked here.. put in 2 claims (pp and bank)

He answered all emails and website is up and running now...

Really stinks he can get away with this. At this point he should be in jail.

Fish of hex did a big video on this guy but he pulled it after a while.
