Gonna be setting up a new reef tank within the next few months. I’m fairly new as I’ve only dabbled with a 9g Fluval flex reef for the last few months.

I’m looking at getting the water box 35.2 AIO, (33g display). And I’m wondering what my best options could be for stocking

So far I’m looking at:
2 clownfish and an anemone
1 royal gramma
1 firefish
1-2 skunk cleaner shrimp

And if that isn’t already full (which I think it is) or if you think I should stay away from any of those choices, I also like/am open to getting:

Jawfish
Gobies
Blennies
Wrasses
Dottybacks
Really anything lol

Albeit I have not researched too much about blennies/wrasses/dottybacks so they could very well be terrible ideas. I just wanted to get a bit of a group that I could consider and to research more thoroughly.

I also could potentially get the 50.3 AIO from waterbox, but I think I’d have a bit of a hard time convincing my better half haha.

Any and all help is appreciated!!

With a 33g you could 5-6 fish just depends on what you want

Blennies and gobies are both good options just so you can have a low column/sand dwelling fish. (I would not get both in a tank that size due to potential aggression issues)

Wrasses I can’t vouch for but @i cant think could give you solid advice there

Dottybacks I would not do. You already have two clowns and a royal gramma. Throwing in another fish species that is known for being aggressive could lead to some fighting, and potentially fish not doing well.

Hopefully this helps out with narrowing down your suggestions!

In my 32 I have
2 clowns
Long nose hawk fish
Lawnmower blenny
Spotted goby
Filefish

They all get along but I wish my tank was a hair bigger. You also get motion at every level of the tank with this bunch
