I sent Lee a request to turn my rectangular filter sock holders into one that would fit a standard 4 inch circular sock. The process was incredibly smooth. We decided to just print and send one at the start(I needed 3 for my sump). The measurements I provided were slightly off. I was able to dremel it down and make it work, but Lee said he'd rather send me out a replacement one once we dialed in the measurements. I got the correct measurements to him and he printed and shipped them within a day. They fit perfectly and I have no doubt they'll hold up.
I have a couple other custom projects in mind and I won't hesitate to reach out to 3D Aquariums.
