3D print specimen cup coral holder file

Hi all!
My son has been getting into 3d printing lately and he wanted to try to print this specimen cup frag holder. Does anyone know where I can find the file for this print. Or if anyone could share the file that be even better. He’s not looking to sell these or anything so it would be strictly for personal use. Thank you.

Yeah unfortunately a lot of 3d designs that used to be available for free were removed because others would print the design and sell them.

I'm not sure how old your son is but you could introduce him to 3d modeling and see if it's something he enjoys. Something like that frag hold probably wouldn't be too difficult. I like to start people with TinkerCAD, it's free and pretty easy to use. I like to start people with this tutorial.



It shows the basics of creating a 3d printable pencil holder, the tools he uses are about 90% of what he'll need to know.

Very cool. He’s 14 and he’s got a lot of talent so I just wanted to support him with it. I’ll have him watch this. Thanks for your advice!
