Hello all. A most of you know I lost everything including my tank in hurricane sandy. I was generously donated a 60 gallon cube 24x24x24 and will be starting it up whenever my family can get into a new home. The only thing left of my old tank was my led lighting unit it's a 120 watt led unit with 3w LEDs running @ 2w. I was considering for sleek design reasons only buying a marineland 24" reef capable unit so I don't have to hang anything from our ceiling. My new tank will be a bubble tip anemone true percula dominated tank. How do you guys feel about this should I just stick with my old unit and build a canopy? Or buy the thinner sleek marineland unit.
Thanks in advance
Bill

I don't think I would.choose marineland leds over a fixture with 3 watt leds. You won't have anywhere near the same amount of light. I don't think the marineland will support any high light requiring corals, Atleast not very well.
