Hello all,

What do you think of my hard scape?

Tank will be a standard 120g, 48”L x 24”H x 24”W. Been playing around for a while with a mix of dead rock, mix of LifeRock, Marco, and some real pieces that have died.

There is a bare minimum of 4” perimeter sand bed around all four sides of the scape. Should give me enough room for maintenance and flow with minimal dead spots. The top of the left island is a height of 14”, right island is a height of 12”.

Goal is a mixed reef, just a few stonies on the upper layers, working down to some nice leathers and LPS. Fish choices are centered around a peaceful community, with an end goal centerpiece fish of a marine betta. Wanted to include some decent caves and overhangs for them to claim.

Any feedback would be great, thanks!

Beautifully done, minimalist design! I really like the balance of negative space. Can't wait to see this tank filled.
Thanks!
This will be my third tank, trying to learn some lessons from the first two. My first tanks were just 10g apiece, and there was just too much rock in them. Not enough room for corals to grow. Also trying to plan out future colony growth better.
