4&3/8 OD acrylic snap ring or ring

I have a betta in a vase that has jumped twice. I had an idea about using a snap ring between 1/16 and 1/8 thick to hold a clear mesh over the vase.

Anyone have some clear acrylic and willing to make one for me?
