40 gallon acropora breeder

Hey reefers, I'm a Floridia native avid fisherman and diver. My interest in reef keeping began 4 years ago after viewing a neighbors reef one drunken night. This 40 gallon reef is my second tank and has been up 22 months. It snowballed from a $40 breeder into this acro growing machine that amazes me everyday. I dose 2 part hourly and my daily consumption is 120ml per day. I utilize a jebao dosing pump to perform a 1 gallon water change every night. I feed heavy and dose redsea nutrition and trace colors.

14 months and I have cut 40ish 1.5" frags out. 1.026 80f 9dkh 450cal 1380mag

Very nice. What about nitrate and phos? Any aminos you dose or anything? That truly is very impressive growth.

I performed my first nitrate and phosphate tests since i have beem in the hobby 4 months ago and it was 2n .02p. I dose 4ml of each redsea coral nutrition every day.

Very nice 40. Would an ice cap gyre 3k be fine for coral growth on a mixed reef? Or would it be better to have 2 ice cap 1k’s
