Finally started my new build after moving !

Awesome. I wish my wife would let me do something like this also. Looks like you know what you're doing, very well done so far!
 
Will it be visible from both rooms?

Will the sump be under the display?
Seems kind of tight fit if it is. But maybe it's just me since I have mine in the basement.
 
Actually I had the sump under there already and it’s got plenty of room ! Just the opening u see is 7ft long by 24inch high ! I’ve got a 5 ft sump that under there with room to spare but it came broken ! The new one is supposed to be here tomorrow!!!!
 
The truck driver dropped it on the corner and broke it ! It least I’ve got another one on the way !
