40b Sump Build Setup...This Look Ok?

Basic sump desired. I got glass baffless from glass shop. 4@8" 1@9". (1@8" is just extra as of now)
Skimmer needs to be in 7-8" water.
Excited to silicone them in today, but would like to get opinions and thoughts first in case something should be different. ?..?

P.S....I know baffles will all be lower in reality because trim hides bottom of tank...I just lined up with bottom trim for visual clarity in this post. :)

How did it turn out?
Good. Very happy w the sump. This is today everything grown in tank from 2 heads or 2" discs. but I wish I cldcrewind tobwhen I had massive 6" glowing red bta showpiece and freeze then.. but split and caused havoc. All was great till 2 month ago. .. kitchen remodel and under feeding led to bad algae outbreak that even my in line 4ft tall 40 watt pentair UV cant help. Gonna try dr tims.
