This is a complete up and running system with all supplies... 40 Gal Breeder center overflow, 20 gal refugium , 60lbs Tampa Bay salt rock, 2 yellow Fiji leathers, 4 hammer corals, 1 Torch coral, , 1 Duncan with approx 8 heads, 1 maroon clown and 1 Picasso Perc Clown, yes i have had them together for over two years without problems a move I understand may cause them to become aggresive though and 1 purple dottyback. Two heaters for tank , 1 heater and power head for water change bucket. Ehiem 1260 for water circulation, one power head in tank ( cant remember make?). 1 Ocean Revive T247 led with Moon Lights attached, 1 Reef Octopus 110int Skimmer with new pump (3 months old). 1 RO/DI ebay unit included, will need new filters. All Test Kits (Hanna) and supplies. Never used Phosban reactor. 1 Refractometer. Tank does have bubble algae that I keep under control at every water change.
