40g Taking it Easy

My 40g breeder, since I have a very busy job, has a very low maintenance schedule. No sump, had too many clogged drains and overflows in the past... So HOBs and surprisingly powerful yet cheap LEDs.

Additional Aquarium Information

What do you think are the keys to your success in reefing?
Simplicity
Water changes were monthly, then weekly, now Semi-weekly... skipping today. Dose instead. Dose on Wednesdays too. Usually just a pinch of Epsom salt and baking soda with a teaspoon of liquid calcium. Each added to different hob filters to mix separately into the water. Loading images and videos, very slowly today.

Ok went back to weekly water changes. Reducing seems to have cost some sps. Things look good again though
