Looking to get a list together of equipment. Im building a 60 gallon breeder peninsula. I plan easy corals and fish but i know eventually ill try an sps or two.
So id like to be able to control the gyre or wavemaker.
Since the returns and overflow are on the same end i was thinking the wavemaker bust go on the opposite end.
I am planning either. Sicce 6.0 or similar controllable pump so ill have lots of options for return gph.
Overflow will be modular marine 1200gph.
So whats a good brand and model wavemaker or gyre i could put in there and where would you put it?

Maxpect makes nice gyres. Unless you're going bare bottom (in which case you can mount as low as you want), you'll want to mount it horizontally on a short end of the tank, in the top half of the glass so it's not so low that it's sucking sand.

Going off the ledge: Would you be interested in a drop off aquarium?
