I’ve been a long time reefer (~25 years off and on) and member for awhile but not sure I’ve posted before.
Recently got back into the hobby after some time away and witnessing my daughter’s love of critters.

Starting out with a 5.5 gal that we started 5/30 of this year, and figured I’d share the journey.

This is not my first nano, and we live near the coast now so have been collecting rock for the past year or two (cured in bleach water for a time and then air cured indefinitely).

There are a few hermits and snails for a CuC, with a tailspot blenny that was added 6/14.

We added some zoas, a Duncan frag, and some gsp yesterday after the success of the blenny. All the corals are off to a good start…Will likely add some ricordeas and Xenia next, and then will look into a rock flower nem in the future with some sexy shrimp so long as things continue to run smoothly.

Running an AC20 HOB filter with rubble and chaeto now after running it for ~3 weeks with the provided materials, an amazon led fixture I can get particulars of if anyone’s curious, and a little hygger heater.

Feel free to holler if anyone has any questions

Looks like a great nano build; good luck!
