If you had a 500 gallon tank, what fish would you get? I'm leaning towards large Angels.

Puffers are cool. Never owned one. Some say here like friendly like dogs
I have a guineafowl puffer and a yellow dogface in a 220 and they do great together.. I can pet them...

I always loved humuhumunukunukuāpuaʻa. I kept mine for about 6 years, till I adopted him out. He's still kicking like 4 years later!

Crosshatches are great.. They don't bother anyone.. Even the sargussum trigger in same family is super nice.. The Hawaiian blue throats are super nice.. I have a mixture of puffers, wrasses, tusk, and the pair of crosshatches.. Best combo I have had in a while....

If I had a large fish only tank I would get a longhorn cowfish, regal angel(misbar), flagfin angel, golden angel, venusta angel, semilarvatus butterfly, eppipium butterfly, white spotted toby, Hawaiian fantail filefish, pink face wrasse, blue head wrasse, rainbow wrasse

Nice selection of fish. Maybe I'll consider a few of those. Thanks!!

The same type of fish I have now only I wouldn't worry so much about their aggression. Clown, blueline, and niger triggers; emporer and one other angel, sohal and a couple other tangs, and a puffer-maybe a mappa. I would still only have about 9 fish total, just larger and perhaps more aggressive than I can have in my 210 now.
