55 gallon tank and stand

I have a 55 gallon tank and stand that is taking up extra room in my garage. Both are in fair shape but the tank rim should be replaced. The cross brace has melted a bit in one section. Otherwise the tank is in good shape. $50 for all. Tank is not drilled and is tempered.

NO, the tank should not break if it is not replaced. replacement is pretty easy too and they can get the part at the critter.
