5500$ pink flamingo

I didn’t want to do this but I see I have to. Super rare gem goby! Only $5,999.99

That’s middle of the pack rare! I see your super rare gem goby and raise you a breeding pair of hermit crabs...it’s a complicated triangle relationship but they make it work.

They could very well mean $5500, and probably do. Think about it... it is genius. Nobody is going to pay that, and they know it... but it got three pages of discussion on this board (so far) and who knows how many trips to their site both now and later to see what kind of things pop up next.

If you want me to wear the t shirt first that’s extra!

Will you wear it like a sumo wrestler wears a diaper and include pics? I don't think I even care about the coral anymore

You guys are ridiculous passing off common zoas, gsp etc as “rare”

Giving a bad name to people like me trying to help people out by selling my ‘proven’ tank-water for $50/oz plus shipping.

Reminds me of a story. A true story never the less. My brother in law made a really nice wood park bench. Put it up on Amazon to sell. No takers. No interest. No emails. Nothing.

We are out having an adult beverage when his brother asks about it and he replies no interest, nothing. His brother then says add a 0 to the price and let us talk next week. Long story short on a whim he said OK and placed it for sale again but this time with another 0 added on and it sold within an hour. Who would have thought - same bench, same ID, some everything. Just a higher price...

TL;DR - there is taxonomy, anatomy, ecology, and whatever else makes up the scientific classifications yet we continue to let re-sellers abuse it by slapping on names. Names to attempt to distinguish color variations that may or may not follow to the hobbyist tank(s).

50/oz??! That price is way to low, this has to be a scam. Ammonia=37 ;)
