I just went to a Marine Aquarium Expo spend quite a few dollars in corals. I am new to this seems to have very basic knowledge of lighting and PAR requirements. I do not own Parmeter but am definitely looking to invest sometime in the future. I am using a 6500k bulb but for lighting and a Marineland Double LED system I know for a fact this is not enought to keep the corals alive. I have been looking at a few option for LED I would prefer LED for their very minimal heat transfer and cost effective in the long term. I been looking at the following:
  • Current USA TrueLumen Pro Series LED Striplights- 48" TrueLumen Pro Series LED Strip Light, Deepwater Actinic Blue 453nm & 48" TrueLumen Pro Series LED Strip Light, 12000K Diamond White
  • Current USA Orbit Marine Aquarium LED Light-36"-48"

  • PAR Bulbs- RapidLED 12 LED PAR38 Bulb (Mixed Color with UV)- Comes with 6 Royal Blue, 2 Neutral White, and 2 Cool White XP-E LEDs plus 2 UV LEDs! Comes with option of 60 or 80 Degrees

  • Heard about retro fits but can someone show me which one are affordable and good a good balance of both
  • [h=1] TaoTronics® TT-AL09 165w Dimmable Led Aquarium Lights Aquarium Hoods Led Reef Light for Coral Fish Seaweed[/h][h=1]AQUAMANA AQ LED[/h]
