6-lined wrasse digestive issue

These were the best photos I could get of my wrasse, but basically his stomach has gotten super swollen and Im not sure what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

This looks to be reveal prolapse but need a closer pic with brighter lighting to confirm
Other would be constipation
What foods are you feeding it?

Ive been feeding it frozen mysis shrimp but picked up frozen brine with spirulina today

Ive been feeding it frozen mysis shrimp but picked up frozen brine with spirulina today

This is a contributor to mucus in the stomach lining. Add flakes and even lrs nano frenzy to the diet which will change consistency of feces

Thanks for the advice! Is there an ingredient I should look for when getting flakes?
