Roger,

Hi I have a 6095 power supply that isn't working correctly. When I run a pump w that supply the pump runs slow. I can put another supply from another pump and it seems to run fine. I checked the voltage output of the supply and I see 24V w no load. Not sure if the load of the pump is pulling down the voltage. Have you seen this happen before? It's a 6055.240 supply.

I can't say that I have, usually the power supplies shut off or "blink" if the pump is dirty causing an overload of the power supply, are you sure the pump is clean? I have seen them have low power output but I get the same result with or without a load. If it is more than a a few years old it may just be due, they typically last 4-5 years. 6055.240 is still available if you need the voltage setting, newer pumps use 6095.240 which can be used as well, it is always 24V.

I can try cleaning it to see if it resolves the issue. Would I buy the new supply directly from you?

I have have a question about the same 24 volt power supply. What size is plug/tip that goes into the 3-knob control box OD/ID in mm?
