No, I think a C. rubrisquamis gets too large for a 60 cube. Please reference Evolved's post above for the Fairy Wrasses that can be housed long term in a 60 cube.

I am upgrading to a 60 cube as well and would like to house a red velvet or rosy scale. Would they be OK?
No; both exceed 5" and are too large for such.

You may have already said the scientific name but I do not know what that is.
When in doubt, google such... ;)

How about a Golden Rhomboidalis in the 60g cube?

I only plan on having a pair of clowns and a blenny. I have 3 14" pieces of Bonsai Vida rock and a couple small pieces of LR.
