About to upgrade my 55g to 75g ...trying to figure out how to do it without destroying my corals. Any suggestions or did you start everything new?

Gamma all you want to do is literally transfer everything from your 55 gallon to your 75 gallon. You may run into a mini cycle but you should be fine.

Just transfer everything and make sure to keep as much as equipment / water from the old tank as far as good bacteria's concern.

;)

Gamma, I transferred a few corals and fish over from a 30 gallon in to the 75. Everything did great, I used the water from my 30 which I believe helped alleviate some of the acclimation process.

looks like you have more coral, and the corals that you had are growing nicely

Yes indeed, I've went a little crazy the last couple months on my purchases [emoji13] (my wife agrees)

I'm very impressed with this system so far, it was set up July 2 and I believe is doing very well for only being 5 months old
