Went out of town for work for 3 days and when I got back the torch looked to be completely infected with brown jelly. It happened in the span of ~3 days. Had to throw it out and had to throw out a microgoni that I think got infected also. HUGE BUMMER . All the other corals are fine with no signs of disease or distress.
Never the less, I had a very good weekend buying some amazing corals from the TSA live event and score a full colony of "Armor of God" Zoas and a really nice Fox Coral (bucket list coral). Here is the complete haul:
From Top left to right:
1) Ultra Acan
2) TSA Rocketman Cyphastrea
3) Lava Lamp Mushroom
4) JF Sunset Stylo
5) TSA Martian Man Chailice
6) JF Freak Hair Litho
7) FULL COLONY priced as a frag!!!!! Armor of God Zoas
8) Fox Coral (unsure of specific)
I also did a thing with the 20g in my office...... Build thread coming soon on that!!! The UNS light is in the process of being sold and I will replace it with a Kessil A360XE. I'm keeping the Biomaster 350 Thermo, and adjusting the internal filter media. I'm also going to install a Tunze 9004 internal skimmer into this tank. The rock scape is also not set in place as I'm letting everything cycle before I epoxy the hardscape into place.
1 last addition I forgot to add - the clowns have taken a HUGE liking to the Goni. The Goni is still trying to figure out if he likes it or not, but at this point, I don't think it has a choice!
