80/20 sourcing

Looking to build an 80/20 stand for my 135gal 36x36x24tall tank.
I saw a video that said i could use thicker 80/20 to avoid extra verticals or 45s and thus leave more sump room. Id like to fit a 40 gal breeder under there for sump.
Also want to put it on proper or oversized Leveling casters.

Is there a good place that commonly deals with reefers like us for 80/20 and/or design?
