Hey guys so I am going to pickup this tank tomorrow off Craigslist it’s 90 gallons with a nice stand for only $150 so a pretty good deal. I’m already thinking of stocking ideas I for sure want a snowflake eel but other than that I’m up in the air about what to get. I would really love to have a trigger or two maybe. Possibly a powder blue tang but that may be a stretch. I also love the look of flame angles. Any ideas of for stocking the tank? I’m open to all ideas especially unique fish because I want to make it a very special and unique tank!

I am happy to help but you might get better responses on the dedicated Fish Discussion area.

I would stay away from the powder blue. Only tangs I would put in a 90g are Kole and Tomini tangs. Others get too large.

A snowflake eel, 2 clowns, flame angel, kole tang, yellow coris wrasse, flame hawkfish and starry blenny would be a great crew.

One question about the tank - have you seen it full of water? IMO it is always better to do a leak test before you buy a tank instead of when you get it home. Good luck!
