Moonlight on the reef tonight. Waiting for some potential northern lights tonight but clouds are rolling in.. And it's not dark enough until ~1 am.. We'll see..

Looking nice.

I see only one wave maker. Is that the only means of water movement you have currently?

Thanks Crusso! In addition to the Jebao wavemaker I run 2 Vortech MP10's, they're camouflaged a bit in the pic. They push a ton of water, I run them on 30%. Tank is 4' wide for reference.

The algae situation is looking good :)

Thanks - yea no massive GHA return since the electric toothbrush runs about a month ago (I bought a backup one just incase though haha) :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

Or the CUC is able to handle it now ;) Either way, some bubble algea on powerheads and heaters but whatevaaa :zany-face:

open up the 1st brush and takeout the batteries so you wont need the backup yet!

Yep! Been disassembling for inspection/cleaning after each run and storing with batteries removed, so far so good! First $12 brush made 3 runs without any signs of issues :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

PS, saw a label created for those light shades Sam...

Little maintenance today, getting ready for 1-2 weeks away from the tank. 15% WC, knocking bubble algea off the powerheads (out of the tank), skimmer man-cleaned (hot water) & temp collection bucket emptied, 16 gal ATO topped up & sensor cleaned, auto feeder filled yadda yadda.

No GHA re-invasion since removal, but little bubble algea on the powerheads, wavemaker, heaters. Little algae scrubbers..

I can't keep leathers... Or at least I don't keep leathers anymore since every one I've tried in the old tank died.
