907 Tank & Stand Build - 55 Gallon

I've been to cape coral, the keys, and Orlando. All were nice I did get eaten alive by these bugs on Sanibel island, so that sucked but other than that I liked the place :) We have been looking at Hawaii for years, but I think I missed the boat on that one. Places that were 250-300k ten years ago are now a million bucks, Its mind blowing. So we have been looking at Florida now.

We miss AK. Big culture shock here, but is nice to thaw out a bit. Depends what you are looking for. Not sure how long we'll be in the south here but catching up with east coast family has been nice.

Its hot... And I'm allergic to the mosquitoes here, but nowhere else.. Been to urgent care twice already

Depending on the location of home, I think I would miss AK too.

That really sucks that you have Skeeter Syndrome. I know one other person that experienced this and they ended up moving to SC.

So, new tank project currently on hold while we figure things out. Wife is sending me houses in ME, WA, VA, NC . PNW is in the lead thus far...

PNW for sure. Idaho might be better right now since Washington is looking at anyway possible to tax us to death. Idaho has State income tax so that is something to consider. Stay away from the West side of the Cascades for better home prices and less taxes.

There is also the fact that Washington presently is trying to pass legislation that will ban printing certain things on 3D printers, CNC machines, etc through software implementation running algorithms.

Nice one, I too was eaten up by bugs in Florida but they were not mosquitos, like what we call a white sock on no seeum here. Its was awful took weeks to get over the bites I thought I was gonna die.

Yea, WA legislation isnt the most thrilling.. We had looked at Coeur d'Alene prior to the last move and OR is also interesting. Up in the air currently!
