90gal reef in the works

Build in progress still debating on lighting though cycle has started so I figure I have some time before needing lights but conflicted with what way to go as I’m going to stay mainly with lps and softies but we all end up picking up sticks if we stay in the hobby long enough this is tank number two currently have a 15 gal in the bedroom. So I’m stuck between t5 lighting and leds with the Ati 48inch 6 tube or two xr15 gen 5/6 pros. Would go with the xr30s but with the little man here I’d like to keep the boss happy and keep lighting around the 1k or less mark

Nice looking tank. I’m running a 90 myself. You might want to consider ReefBreeders lights. 48 inch lights should come in under 850 or even lower if you can find reliable used ones in good shape.
