92G Corner Upgrade

I got the new fish last night, but there was some prep work to be done. There are some gaps in the back of the canopy so I had to cut some screen material to size and taped it into place. In addition to adding the two flasher wrasses, I also added my tomini tang, which is a gamble cause of the purple tang, but the best time to add it would be as i added the others. Made sure the lights were off for a good hour before adding them. The purple tang went after the tomini tang immediately. I have added another weed clip on the other side of the tank and changed the rock work around just a little. hopefully all this works.

HOLY Sh%t I forgot, I was looking in my tank about to get started with the work, and what do I see, the cleaner shrimp I thought had died a week ago. I know there are places to hide, but for a week, no sign of him. This made my night, it really did.

2 tangs. 2 flashers. 2 clowns. 1 Bangaii. At least this many fish? Isn't that getting a little high of a bioload for a 92???? I only ask because I have a 92 with a huge filtration system and I wouldn't put that many fish with potential for growth (the tangs) in it.

Guess its subjective, The purple tang is small as far as tangs go and is fully grown, right now I don't have one fish that will get over 5 inches. The tomini is a small tang. I plan on getting a few more fish before all is said and done. I have seen a 92 with 20 fish in it, with a hippo tang and sailfin. Granted he had a stupid big filtration on it, and I plan on going nowhere near that number, but I will be keeping all smallish fish. I want a fairy wrasse and maybe a small group of blue green chromis.

So i was fixing a rock that fell whe I felt something moving water accross my hand. I look over and the tang is wagging his tail at me. I just figured that he was a little annoyed at me, which was true, carried on and he did it again. in a split second I remembered why the tang is called a surgeon fish. Forgot about the scalpel on his butt and yanked my hand out before he could git me good. That coulda hurt

Noticed that my tang defecates a lot and it gathers on the sand bed so I got two chinese power heads off of ebay that put out 1300gph. Hopefully everything gets used to the extra flow, cause they looked shocked lol

They are actually a little lighter than they came out in the pic. Will def let you know when I frag them. My zoa collection took a bending over in my biocube.
