I'm a Chicago kid, too. I enjoy a good deep dish on occasion (tempted to order the 6-pack from Gino's East) but I used to love NY style more. Then someone decided that "gourmet" pizza meant the crust was burnt. Too many restaurants who use wood fired ovens have no idea how to properly use them. :mad:

@Brew12 - it always scares me when the word "gourmet" starts getting thrown around. It often means an increase of 25% with little to no change in recipe. I joke with my wife about it when we're at the store!

4 coats of paint. It's drying. Touched up the back of the tank.

Vacuumed out the inside and about to clean it with vinegar.

Will glue the rim on right before bed.
