A blob growing on the side of my hammer coral

Just got this coral colony and I found this weird blob on the side of it. I feel like it is too far down on the branch to be another head growing. It is orange on the inside and has really tiny tentacles it seems.
Sorry about the glare, the colony was too close to the glass so I couldn't put the camera right at the glass to get a good focus. It feels like a hard slimy pea.

Actually with that body thickness I'd say Majano, get it off of there, as either way, it will annoy that coral, and if it's a Majano, you really want it gone.
