A few APEX questions

Three questions.

1. Every time I get an alert notification I get two notifications. Why?

2. My heater is plugged into an EB4 which doesn't have power monitoring but everytime Apex turns my heater outlet I get a 10 amp spike on the AMP graph. Why?

3. My salinity probe readings go up and down with my temperature. Why?
