Ok, so for a few months I have been having random spikes in temp, pH, and amps. I have noticed it first on the temp probe. So I swapped that out with a new one. I thought that solved the issue, but I was wrong. Also, when the temp and pH spike, I don't get an alarm, and the heater doesn't seem to come on. Also, like, it knows it's a false reading. I have emailed Neptune, and they said my head unit is bad with no explanation; just buy a new Apex. Sounds fishy; I'm not buying it. Any thoughts?

2 sensors failing at the same time points to a common issue, the apex itself. Might have a ground plane dropping out internally or something. I diagnose cars for a living, and if I had a recorded image of 2 sensors failing simultaneously, I would be looking to condemn the computer.
